An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join an established organisation as a Senior HR Advisor on a 12-month interim contract. Working within a small change team, you will play an important role in helping to develop a rewarding, flexible and effective system that meets the needs of the staff and organisation.
We are looking for an individual who is ideally MCIPD qualified (or equivalent) and who has the ability to write & review HR policy, contracts and change related matters. Project management and change experience would be beneficial as is experience around HR case work and the ability to deliver a quality, professional HR service.
Strong interpersonal skills to support staff engagement and consultation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a must!
