HR Administration Team Leader/Cardiff/£30,000

Your new company
Hays HR are recruiting a HR Administration Team Leader for our client, a Not for Profit organisation based in Cardiff. This post is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a small HR administration team to provide a consistent, timely and effective service across the organisation. You will provide training and support to the HR Administration team with the introduction of a new HR information system 'Itrent'. You will also be responsible for improving HR administration processes and to support the wider HR Services team by providing a consistent, timely and cost-effective service to our internal colleagues. Responsible for training the HR Administrative team on the new HRIS iTrent system with direct line management of two HR Administrators including day to day management, objective setting, coaching, development. Based in Cardiff with ad hoc travel to support and attend meetings.


What you'll need to succeed
Significant and recent experience working with iTrent.. Strong Management skills coupled with the knowledge of HR processes and best practice, with the ability to apply it in practical ways. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, a variable workload and able to work to deadlines in a methodical, accurate way. A positive 'can do' attitude with a flexible approach and the ability to take on a wide range of tasks, often at short notice to the requirements of stakeholders. Experience of being involved in implementing change with the ability to adapt and understand the impact on others.
