An education organisation, based in Leicester

Your new role
Your role will include, reviewing and updating key HR policies and processes linked to recruitment, vetting and barring, disability and reasonable adjustments, TUPE, as well as taking a lead on coordinating updates to the HR service's intranet pages.
You will be an experienced and credible employee relations professional with good working knowledge of employment law, and ideally experience of leading projects. You will have significant experience of advising on or developing policy in relation to a broad range of HR/employee relations issues e.g. recruitment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, equality and diversity issues, pay and benefits, redundancies, employee wellbeing, absence and performance management and other related matters. Experience of dealing with TUPE transfers would be an advantage. You will also have the ability to acquire knowledge rapidly in relation to unfamiliar or complex subject matters.

Experience in the above, specifically, TUPE, HR Projects, ER, Writing policies
