HR Advisor (Part time)

HR Advisor / HR Officer / Coordinator required in North Cambridge 25-30 hours per week flexible.

Your new company
Innovative start-up company in North Cambridge, established under 12 years ago are seeking an additional member of staff to work in their HR team due to growth. Recently they have moved into new offices, that are open plan with free parking on-site. This role will support the HR Director with all generalist duties across the organisation.

Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for HR related matters and support the Managers in the business with operational support. You will lead the recruitment process, liaise with agencies, arrange interviews, job descriptions and all right to work documentation. You will keep all employee records up to date, coordinate training plans and support employees with queries, benefits, annual appraisals, salary reviews etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be self-motivated and take initiative in all aspects of the role. This role will grow with the company therefore a flexible work ethic is essential. The successful candidate will have up to date knowledge of employment law, strong IT skills along with a can-do attitude and who can thrive in a less structured environment where you can really make the role your own.
