Artis recruitment are excited to be working with a small organisation who is going through extensive growth and partnering with some of the largest international leading brands. This is a Resourcing Team Manager role paying £45-55,000 pa and based in Newbury,

Main purpose of the role
*A senior member of the Resourcing Services team, ultimately responsible for a portfolio of clients of c.£2-3m value, and the successful delivery of their campaigns
*Delivering against our strategic pillar of Revenue Assurance - and delivering profitable growth from your client portfolio
*Managing all aspects of client service, pricing and commercial delivery and responsible for account development, reporting into a Resourcing Services Director
*Responsible for a team of Client Partners and acting as a point of escalation as required
*Own key client relationships, working with the clients' teams and subject matter experts
*Responsible for the financial, resource management and successful delivery of campaigns/projects within your portfolio of clients - tracking and reporting on utilisation, margin and commercial performance
*Managing timely invoicing and any uplift
*Responsible for the retention of client contracts and the development of accounts - targeted on 20% uplift on each client account
*Oversee the production of pipeline reports and analysis on a weekly basis by your Client Partners and client teams, ensuring the campaign is delivering against the commercial forecast, ensuring performance is on track at all times and take appropriate action to rectify any issues that may arise
*Work with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure adherence of your teams to our standards
*Responsible for all key aspects of project management, including: agreeing key deliverables with clients at the beginning and understanding the scope of work and its value; creating robust project plans for both implementation and delivery phases, including identifying the necessary resource required and working with Resourcing Services Director to manage that resource
*Manage SLAs and KPIs for all your client portfolio, ensuring your teams are delivering
*Proactively project manage Client Partner performance
*Monthly reviews as a minimum with your client portfolio
*Focus on ensuring client delight and an exceptional candidate experience through outstanding service delivery and account management
*Mentor and manage a team of Client Partners, dealing with any issues in a positive, timely manner

*Outstanding project management and analytical skills

*Understanding and demonstrable knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, from attraction through to onboarding - ideally gained in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing sector (RPO) or other recruitment services
*Previous experience of managing and delivering recruitment and selection projects (or similar); ideally within a high-volume environment
*Experience of transacting recruitment activities via on-line recruitment systems
*Exceptional project management skills
*An understanding of the dynamics of client relationship management and the importance of superior service delivery
*Excellent client focus and relationship management skills
*Motivation to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike
*Experience of transacting recruitment activities via online recruitment systems
*Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
