Senior Employee Relations Specialist

Permanent Senior level employee relations specialist job available paying up to £50k

We are looking to recruit for a senior level specialist ER role for a well known client who have an employee base of over 150,000 staff globally covering different sectors of the market. You will be working as part of a team of 5 who cover different regions with this role specifically focusing on the North West locations which cover Greater Manchester, Leeds, york & Sheffield.

The role will require travel to various sites and you will be able to work 1 day per week from home and manage your own diary. The client is looking for a candidate who has great technical skills as well as the ability to act commercially & provide accurate advice.

The right candidate for this position will have worked in a large complex environment, must have experience and really good knowledge of TUPE, merges & acquisitions. Preferably you will also have worked in a unionised environment too. The role will also include providing generalist advice around things like capability, restructures and will also be involved in strategic projects so therefore the partnering skills are really important too.
