Job Details

Your new company
A highly successful manufacturing company in Dewsbury is recruiting to a new HR Advisor job role, offering a very generous benefits package including an annual bonus and company car.

Your new role
Working in a small and very supportive HR team, you will work closely with the Team Leaders and Managers across the business as well as the HR Business Partner in delivering advice and support across all people matters. You will manage a busy and varied Employee Relations caseload, including all aspects of conduct, capability and performance issues, handling the whole process. As the first point of contact for all managers for HR issues, you will work to ensure the business works to best practice with employment legislation. You will also assist with policy improvement and change, as well as KPI reporting and your own HR administration.

What you'll need to succeed
If you are a driven, organised and dedicated HR Assistant or HR Officer, looking for their next career move into a busy HR Advisor job, we want to hear from you. You need up to date employment law knowledge, ideally gained from working in a similar HR job role for a few years, and experience of working on ER cases yourself either through managing the process or supporting on investigations. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified to Level 5, or working towards this. A 'can do ' attitude and the ability to work in a small and friendly team is essential. There could potentially be a lot of travel in this job each week, visiting sites across the UK, and so a car driver is essential.

What you'll get in return
You will be supported by a strong HR Business Partner who will allow you to develop in the areas that you need. You will also receive a generous benefits package including a company car and annual bonus.

What you need to do now
The interviews for this job are going to be held w/c 22nd July 2019 and so we require applications ASAP. We will be prioritising applications from candidates who have a 2 week notice period or less, so please highlight this on your application.
