Your new role
This role will be based in our clients Dorking office on a permanent full-time basis but part-time and flexible working will also be considered for the right candidate as this role could be open to job sharing.

The HR function is an exciting place to be as our client embarks upon a significant period of transformation. The HR Operations team is the engine room of their HR function and provides complete HR support to employees around the world. Their HR service delivery underpins what they do.

The HR Operations Coordinator role is responsible for several aspects of HR administration to support the company employee population. The main duties of the role cover the employee lifecycle, which includes generating contracts of employment, supporting employee changes and processing leavers. The role works closely with our Recruitment team, HRBPs and L&D team to support the transactional HR requirements of the wider HR function. You will need to be comfortable working with the current manual processes as they transform their service offering to use technology more effectively to help them and streamline their internal processes within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
Some previous HR experience
Experienced administrator, comfortable with completing tasks methodically
High attention to detail is crucial
Problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
Customer service focus with a passion to deliver
Ability to balance a demanding workload effectively
Strong team player who is willing to roll their sleeves up

What you'll get in return
A base salary of £22,000 - £25,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
