HR Advisor

An excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a busy Proactive HR/ER team providing services to customers

We have a great role for an HR Advisor to join a team of experienced HR professionals providing an HR and employer relations services. As an HR Advisor you will be involved with the following:


* Employer Relations casework - Absence Management Organisational Change TUPE
* In addition,you will be working with Senior HR advisors handing an HR Advisory desk supporting managers with a variety of initial employer relations queries

Were looking for HR Advisors with

* 1-2 years experience in a similar level HR role undertaking the casework examples above
* Provide great customer service
* Confident but ask when they don`t know
* Represent the team professionally and credibly
* Organised and excellent record keeping
* Able to juggle a number of cases, successfully, at the same time
* CIPD 3 or 5 (or studying towards the qualification)
* Completer finisher
* Calm and clear thinking under pressure
* Confidential

This is a permanent role with 25 days holiday + Pension
