So here is a lovely contract down on the South Coast with a business that is a breath of fresh air!
You'll be able to act as change enabler and trusted business partner; operating as part of a respected HR team, supporting corporate functions. A maternity cover, there is plenty of BAU to handle, but with so much organisational change going on in and around the business, there is a real lens on talent management. These change programmes will also mean redundancy and TUPE activity, so it's important you've had exposure to that. Ideally, you'll have experience within a large business, in a true business partnering capacity.
