Job Details

Your new company
You will be working as an HR Officer, for a central London School, with over 190 employees. This role is for 12 months and you will be paid £18-20 per hour via PAYE or Umbrella. The role will start ASAP so candidates must be available on 1 weeks notice or less. Working hours are 9am - 5pm, although on some occasions you may be required to start at 8am or 8:30am. The school will close for 2 weeks over Christmas, which is mandatory leave.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another HR Officer, you will maintain the Single Central Register prior to an Ofsted inspection, manage the HR inbox, maintain and update the HR system i-Trent and act as first point of contact for all policies, procedures and queries. You will also assist with recruitment when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates are required to have experience of working in a school or college (as experience of maintaining a Single Central Register is essential) and you must also have extensive HR administration skills, and be flexible with great attention to detail. You must also be available on 1 week's notice or less.

What you'll get in return
You will work within a supportive and close knit team, and may become permanent after 12 months. You will be paid weekly.
