£69,855 per annum for 36 hours per week based at County Hall, Penrhyn Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2DN. This position is based inside one of our main area offices, click HERE to see a 360 degree view of the building and surrounding area along with a view of the reception. We are looking to relocate back into the county by 2020. A key member of the HR&OD leadership team, you will play a critical role leading the development and delivery of our new business partnering and employment practice function.

You will blend strategic business partnering, people consultancy, reward, policy, diversity and inclusion to develop coherent and cohesive approaches to drive organisational performance and transformational change.

As a senior leader in HR&OD, developing a cohesive and integrated function that effectively delves into and resolves crucial challenges across the people agenda will be a key outcome.

Educated to Chartered F/MCIPD or equivalent experience, you will have experience of leading in a complex environment. You will have extensive experience of leading and developing a modern, business focussed people practice directly aligned to organisational direction, culture and employee experience.

 Being curious, adaptable, creative and resilient is key. As a leader, you will inspire, motivate and coach both individuals and the wider team to think and act differently, be confident and focus on best fit solutions.

 You will use your expertise and credibility to build relationships and influence at all levels to help enable people initiatives that build a truly great workforce.
