My Client, a local authority in South West London is seeking an Employee Relations Project Lead to join their busy team during a time of transformational change.

As project manager, the post holder will review the current practice of the team in relation to all aspects of ER along with making longer term recommendations. Review to include but not limited to. You will also take the lead in rolling out updated ER policies for the council, including; communications, manager briefings and ensuring the HR team are up to date and competent to work with the policies, ensuring HR staff are working with the new policies effectively.

This Employee Relations Project Lead must have a proven track record of managing an ER team in a large, complex organisation. You will also have the ability to hit the ground running,  build excellent working teams, alongside getting to the core issue by challenging status quo.

Reporting to the Associate Director of People and Organisational Development, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a key interim project role in an organisation that is currently transferring the way it delivers people services.
