A rare opportunity has arisen for an HR Director to work in collaboration with both the academic and bursarial leadership teams to deliver a high-performance environment. The HR Director is an essential component in meeting the School’s remit of being both accountable and transparent to all and an employer of choice, attracting and retaining first-class talent.
Leading a team of eight you will provide exceptional and appropriate HR strategic and operational management to deliver a responsive and tailored service which informs and shapes HR initiatives.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will demonstrate personal credibility together with a high level of integrity and your professional HR background will include corporate or public sector experience combined with exposure of leading HR matters in an SME. Experience in a large school or similar sized not-for-profit organisation will bring additional, valuable competence to deliver exceptional HR service to the School.
