A world class manufacturing client in the UK is currently looking at strengthening the HR operating model on a global scale. They have identified an opportunity for a progressive HR Business Partner to join their Polish business in South West Poland. The business will be going through positive change and growth and as such are keen to invest and develop talent


As a HR Business Partner, you will manage communication and data reporting for the UK group functions as well as an international functional line manager and have excellent 'big picture' thinking and approach to HR. This is a full generalist role across performance, disciplinary, grievances, recruitment, reward, talent, learning, policy and procedures. To work as a HR Business Partner for the local leadership team and manage the HR operations to support a high-performance culture across the manufacturing site. You will engage the site in Group lead projects and strategy whilst being responsive to local needs


You will have experience of working in a manufacturing environment and will have fluent Polish and English to be able to communicate effectively. You will be highly motivated with good levels of energy and positivity to lead those around you and affect positive change

You must have:

A HR qualification as well as practical experience

Experience of working with trade unions

A strong understanding of Polish Employment law and cultural nuances

Strong influencing skills and the ability to work both independent and collaboratively

Job Offer

The client is paying a competitive salary and package in local currency (£45K-£55K GBP)

There will also be relocation support available from the UK to Poland

You will need to be based in Poland and have great language skills to act as the liaison between group and site
