Your role

They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join them to provide a recruitment strategy in line with their critical HR plans.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage our recruitment strategy and campaigns via the recruitment system with the aim of attracting suitable candidates whilst helping to drive down recruitment costs. You will manage the relationship and partnerships with preferred recruitment supplier(s) to achieve results and cost optimisation and promote the culture that they are a rewarding place to work.  It is important to provide a seamless and positive onboarding experience for any new starters to ensure they feel welcome to the business.

This role can be based at any of their locations across GB and NI:

GB - Ashbourne, Anwick, Grantham, Huntingdon

NI - Dungannon, Craigavon, Ballymena

What you’ll need

They are looking for a Recruitment professional with leadership experience managing a recruitment function either within a recruitment organisation or internally. You will be able to demonstrate excellent recruitment industry knowledge including attraction strategies such as social media, along with having the ability to influence and communicate confidently at all levels. Good computer skills are also essential for this role.

Occasional travel to our different sites will be required therefore you will need to hold a full driving licence.
