Senior HR Advisor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join an established organisation as a Senior HR Advisor on an 6 month interim assignment.
Working within a small team and reporting directly to an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the managers and staff throughout the business, providing advice and guidance.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage employment related cases and projects, supporting managers with sound advice on HR related casework, in line with policy, legislation and employment law.
- Develop, update and implement HR policies ensuring they reflect current statutory and legislative changes.
- Contribute to managing and sustaining effective and constructive relations with employees and employee representative groups to support organisational change.
- Manage the timely resolution of people management issues.
- HR projects
To be successful in this role you will be CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified (or equivalent) and have extensive HR case work and policy development experience gained in a busy and varied environment. You will have a solid knowledge of employment law and generalist HR and be able to deliver a quality, professional HR service. Experience of planning the use of resources, contributing to financial decisions and working with trade unions would be a benefit.
