Job Details

A newly created position as a Sales Training Manager presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to create an end to end learning environment.  Working in a business that has been consistently recognised for both its product and its culture, this role will support the HR Director with the talent development strategy.  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing training materials to support the Sales team in their roles
  • Reviewing existing materials and collating them to ensure a suite of training products prepared
  • Delivering training ranging from induction to functional sales training using a variety of methods including classroom, 1-2-1, blended learning and coaching
  • Responsible for creating suite of behavioural training solutions tackling resilience and customer service excellence

The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding that people learn in different ways and at different speeds.  Commanding a room full of people who can be challenging will be second nature and something that you thrive on. As a newly created function, the establishment of the training academy will be transformational to the delivery of learning solutions in the business and the successful candidate will embrace the opportunity to be part of its creation.
