12 month fixed term contract, 22.5 or 30 hours per week
Are you an experienced HR generalist with a particular interest in any or all of the following areas: equality and diversity, learning and development, reward, recruitment, policy review and retention? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join Nesta as an HR Projects Officer and support the team in executing key strategic projects.

About this exciting opportunity
Based in our People Team and reporting to the People Business Partner, you will be working with other members of the team to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within cost where necessary.
What we are looking for
A strong and confident communicator, able to work both independently and within a small team, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a number of projects concurrently. You’re highly organised, an accomplished problem solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to see the big picture, challenging the norm and confident enough to suggest new ideas. It goes without saying that you will have experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity and you can interpret data and provide clear rationale and/or business explanations as required.
