HRBP - Compensation & Benefits
Permanent HRBP job available based in Manchester paying up to £38k
Your new company
Exciting new permanent opportunity is available for a HRBP to join a fast-paced growing distribution company in Manchester. Currently, the business has about 2500 staff and have a national presence with sites all over the UK.
Your new role
Reporting into a Senior HRBP you will be responsible in a generalist capacity but will also take a lead on Compensations & Benefits work within the business. The role will incorporate all parts of HR including ER, employee engagement, talent planning, succession planning, resourcing strategies, D & I but you will also be required to provide the Senior BPS with advice on learning strategies and initiatives. The business will be looking for a good generalist person that has gained some really good exposure in Compensation & Benefits and somebody who is going to be able to come up with ideas and implement them into the workforce.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR candidate either senior advisor level and HRBP level that has had some good experience in compensations & Benefits which can be leading on projects.
This could also be a good opportunity for somebody to step up to the next level as long as the right experience.
