Job Details
If you are looking to join a business that is described as fun, informal, has a Culture Club and welcomes dogs into their offices, then this could be your next dream role. As stand-alone HR Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of HR services for the business. Supporting c.50 employees in the UK with a small number of employees based internationally, you will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HR including recruitment, ER, performance management and benefits.
Operating within the media and marketing industry, this company provides design and branding services to internationally based clients. Working to tight deadlines, managing billable hours and accounting timesheets ensures the vibe is busy and driven and operates at pace. The successful candidate will be comfortable in managing contractors and have knowledge of IR35 legislation as well as being able to lead on talent attraction and Diversity and Inclusion.

Whilst working as a stand-alone HR Manager, this organisation is part of a wider group of businesses and you will contribute to the broader HR & Development team, representing your business within that context and reporting to the Group HR Director as well as the divisional MD.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent), have a background in working within media or creative industries and have previously worked in a stand-alone HR role. Any exposure to international HR (Netherlands and Singapore) would be an advantage.
