HAYS HR are currently working with a large business in Sheffield who have multiple vacancies available in their recruitment team to start ASAP for a minimum term of 3 months. If you are available immediately and you have recruitment / HR Administration experience OR are a recent HR Graduate looking to further you HR career then this is a great opportunity to join an excellent company.

Your new role

Your role will be to assist with full recruitment coordination across a high volume of roles from start to finish. You will be responsible for the advertising of roles, communication with candidates in terms of qualifying them for positions applied for, coordinating interviews, assessment centres and giving constructive feedback. You will also administer the company's applicant tracking system and assist with candidate vetting, conducting background checks, referencing and obtaining any relevant training and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed you will be available immediately for a contract in Sheffield. You will have demonstrable recruitment experience and knowledge and be highly organised.

What you'll get in return

£10 per hour, 35 working hours, flexible working.
