Your new role
Within the HR department, and reporting directly to the HR Director, you will contribute to all areas of HR and roll out the HR policy to the sales population within your remit.
As Regional HR Advisor, you must ensure the recruitment and on boarding, roll out development and training program, following career management and growth development, managing the day to day staff administration as employee relations. You will be the first point of contact for sales structure, by providing advice and assistance to managers and sales teams, to guarantee the growth of the sales structure, consistent with the HR strategy orientation.
This role is a mobile position and involves regular travel between the 4 main locations of Southampton (your base location), Brighton, Cardiff and Bristol. Overnight accommodation will be pre-booked on occasions for Bristol and Cardiff depending on assessment centres.
You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle. Working hours: 40/week - Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit a confident, adaptable person who is comfortable with regular travel. You will be an excellent communicator and comfortable with presenting to and training sales professionals.
The successful candidate will be results (KPI) driven with a great record of customer service, ideally within sales or retail. You must be qualified to CIPD Level 3 in HR or above and have at least 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in sales recruitment.
