Head of Human Resources

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our HR team to deliver an ambitious people strategy within an organisation going through significant transformation. 

As well delivering the new People Strategy you will lead the day-to-day running of the HR function providing an excellent service to our internal customers. 

You will be involved in ensuring a smooth transition to our new organisation structure and operating model, implementing important changes to improve inclusion and diversity and reduce our gender pay gap, as well as providing inspirational leadership to a team experiencing and implementing significant change. 

As the most senior HR professional within the organisation, you will work with directors and heads of service to provide people advice and insight into the creation of business strategies. 

You will have a good understanding of how to help organisations implement organisational change, a strong record of delivery, as well as knowledge of how to help shape the culture of an organisation. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels. You will have a passion for the HR function and want to champion it within the organisation. 

The successful candidate must be available to work from our Bristol Office at least 3 days a week.
