Learning & Organisational Delivery Partner
My client, an NHS Trust in Greater London is seeking a Learning & Organisational Delivery Partner to join their team.
In this role, the post holder will have key responsibilities in implementing the Learning & OD-specific elements of the People Strategy, to improve overall organisational performance and effectiveness. Also, supporting the implementation of the wider Strategy.
This Learning & OD Partner will be responsible for working collaboratively with managers and other partners in the Trust to monitor and ensure organisational learning is effective and knowledge and behavioural change is embedded. Whilst improving overall organisational performance and effectiveness.
Working collaboratively with managers and People Solutions Partners, the post holder must be able to identify areas where tailored L&OD solutions are required, in order to support the delivery of the People Strategy.
Reporting to the Director of People and Organisational Development, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in OD.
