Waddington Brown is pleased to be working with an established & highly successful business in Colchester to recruit an experienced HR Administrator. This role will support the HR team to provide an effective & comprehensive HR service and will include:
- HR administration & support
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Preparation of HR related data & statistical information
- Updating the HR intranet/maintenance of systems
- Ad hoc HR duties
To be considered for this role, you will ideally be CIPD Level 3 accredited, have previous HR experience and possess strong administration skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent systems knowledge. You will be an advanced user of Excel and have the ability to manipulate data. Excellent communication skills together with high attention to detail are also desirable qualities.
