Intergovernmental Agency in Westminster is looking for a Human Resources Officer (Business Partnering) for a 3 months contract.

Your new company
An established Intergovernmental Agency in Westminster, London is looking for a Human Resources Officer (Business Partnering) to join their team on a 3 months contract. This is a full-time role, 36 hours a week and is paying £21.01 per hour on PAYE and £23 per hour via Umbrella company.

Your new role
You will be reporting into the Human Resource Business Partner, where you will provide effective coordination and support to the HR Business Partners in Employee Relation matters. This will include, supporting the HRBP in organising and scheduling inductions, on-boarding activities. Furthermore, you will be managing the contract renewals, exit and departures processes. As Human Resources Officer BP, you will also manage data for new starts and leavers', including electronic and paper records.

As an individual, you will have an excellent attention to detail and a strong knowledge of HR policies and practises.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, it is essential that you can demonstrate an excellent knowledge of HR policies and have experience of working in a similar role where you have supported and advised in Employee Relations cases. You will have clear evidence of diplomatically dealing and maintain confidently with senior Business stakeholders. Additionally, you will be confident in using all Microsoft tools, HR Applicant Tracking Systems. Furthermore, a CIPD qualification or a relevant HR professional qualification is desirable.
