Our client is looking to recruit an organised and conscientious individual to provide exceptional HR administrative support across the Group. You will administer the new starter and leaver process, as well as managing the maternity / paternity / adoption / parental leave, ensuring all employee documentation is accurately recorded and preparing all letters or contracts for employees. You will act as the first line of support for HR queries, providing support on all aspects of people management, including recruitment, attendance and employee relations. Other elements of the role include actively contributing towards the development and implementation of policies, procedures and HR processes to promote fair, transparent and ethical people practices which reflect our business ethos and forward thinking culture.
The successful candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced Head Office environment and will have experience of working with confidential and sensitive information. Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures is essential, as you will provide guidance to line managers.
