This is an exciting time to join LUMS as we are developing our education for practising managers and professionals. We are looking for experienced individuals with excellent leadership, project management, team-working and interpersonal skills combined with self-motivation and drive.  

You will lead on bespoke development programmes for external organisations and businesses. You will act as a strategic consultant in order to design and deliver programmes in response to their needs, working collaboratively with academic colleagues.  

You will have a successful track-record in the design and delivery of professional and organisational development programmes and teaching leadership and management at senior levels. Experience of programme delivery at postgraduate level in higher education would be an advantage.
