My client, an NHS Trust based in South East London is looking to recruit a HR Manager on an interim basis for 3 months initially.
Applicants for this role must have experience working within an HR team, and experience dealing with complex ER cases issues, including writing management statements of case and advising at disciplinary hearings and other formal hearings.
Main Accountabilities within this role include;
- Supporting the Head of Employee Relations in the development and delivery of the Trust’s workforce strategy, taking account of the Trust’s performance objectives and other key drivers and challenges.
- Ensure effective management of employee relations cases taking due account of best practice, employment legislation and organisational risk.
- Deputise for the Head of Employee Relations as required, taking delegated responsibility at internal and external meetings and events.
Applicants for this role must have, degree or equivalent qualification and CIPD or equivalent.
The post holder will also have extensive experience working with and advising managers on how to handle complex ER cases. Also, experience of working in the NHS.
