Are you an experienced Volunteer Recruiter Coordinator? Are you looking for a flexible 3 day a week role?
If this is what you are looking for then I have a great opportunity for a Part Time Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing team based in Maidenhead. The role will be to co-ordinate all strands of volunteering activity across the organisation, ensuring volunteers have an excellent experience and all are equally and fairly treated.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment and selection of volunteers
* Provides a basic induction pack and ensures relevant equipment provided
* Arrange all suitable clearances/vetting and safeguarding training
* Provide a quarterly report to the Director General on volunteering
* Arrange an annual volunteering award event
* Work with the Web team to create an effective volunteer portal
* Train project managers and team co-ordinators in managing and supporting volunteers
Beneficial Experience:
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of the voluntary sector
* CIPD or degree desirable
* Excellent IT skills, including Word, Social Media, Excel and other databases
* Understanding of HRIS software
Package:
* Up to £29k (pro rata)
* 15 hours over 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
* 25 days Annual Leave per annum, pro rata
* 8 paid days per annum, pro rata
* A Personal Pension Plan up to 13% contribution
