Are you an experienced Coach and HR leader that enjoys both strategy and operations?

Want to work in a high growth environment where you can really make an impact?

Here's an opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing boutique consultancy as their first Head of People. Reporting to the MD, you will build on some solid foundations in HR. You'll lead the people function, with a strong focus on developing a people strategy that will drive the existing high performance culture whilst keeping employee wellbeing at the centre as the organisation grows.

You'll be joining a bright, motivated and creative team of business and technology consultants so it's a fantastic environment for someone that thrives in a stimulating environment and that isn't afraid to be challenged to do things better. A collaborative milieu, one that values expertise and engenders a culture where people are given the opportunity to perform at their best and where wellbeing is taken seriously.

We're open to the exact format of the working week, the key here is finding someone that will really 'fit' in terms of their approach and expertise and that can bring real value to the organisation. As such, there is scope for a reduced working week and/or opportunities to be involved in consulting with external clients as part of the people aspects of the change consultancy projects that they run.

You'll have significant generalist HR experience and be most effective in a position where you are responsible for the entire function, able to jump from the strategic to the detail and back again at the drop of a hat. You'll know what 'good looks like' and keep at the forefront of HR best practice and current legislation. You'll be an experienced Coach, able to demonstrate where your structured approach to coaching has had a real impact. At a practical level, your experience will demonstrate both your ability to operate well in a sophisticated, best practice, type environment and also effectiveness in much smaller commercial environments, most likely in leading a stand alone or small HR operation.

We're ready to move now, so if you're available on short notice, that's great, but getting the right person is key so we're happy to wait for those in a permanent role too. Apply now to find out more.
