A charity in London is recruiting a Learning and Development Consultant on a short interim basis. They are looking for someone to deliver an outstanding L&D support.

Responsibilities: 

  • Someone to manage the organisations mandatory training, including managing providers and working with managers to commission new training
  • Support new projects and initiatives and help embed them within the organisation
  • Lead on E-Learning initiatives
  • Commission and develop bespoke interventions for managers and their teams to address specific issues

Qualifications/experience required

  • Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering Learning and Development interventions
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Experience of commissioning and supplier management
  • Previous experience using an LMS to deliver e-learning courses
  • Organised and able to work independently
