Job Details
A charity in London is recruiting a Learning and Development Consultant on a short interim basis. They are looking for someone to deliver an outstanding L&D support.
Responsibilities:
- Someone to manage the organisations mandatory training, including managing providers and working with managers to commission new training
- Support new projects and initiatives and help embed them within the organisation
- Lead on E-Learning initiatives
- Commission and develop bespoke interventions for managers and their teams to address specific issues
Qualifications/experience required
- Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering Learning and Development interventions
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience of commissioning and supplier management
- Previous experience using an LMS to deliver e-learning courses
- Organised and able to work independently
