We are working in partnership with a highly successful, multifaceted industrial business to seek a Regional HR Business Partner in support of significant business change and growth.

With a network of sites across the UK, they are experts in their field, passionate about what they do. They are always looking for new and innovative ways to solve their customer's challenges, it's this desire that has established them as a market leader.


The role

Assisting with the full spectrum of HR you will be a true generalist, able to provide sound advice and guidance on all people matters. You will be field based supporting multiple sites predominantly across the Midlands and South regions.

Supporting managers across sites you will train and coach them, in all aspects of people management, to increase their capability to deal with all first line people issues. Working closely with key stakeholders to develop high performing teams and ensuring employees are engaged.

While driving growth across the business you will implement transformation that impacts people, culture and engagement. You will develop and design key policies around people, aiming to become an employer of choice.


The candidate

Preferably CIPD qualified and from an industrial background, you will be a proven HR generalist. Passionate about providing value HR you will be able to work autonomously and at pace. With solutions focussed approach and a can-do attitude, you will be an effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. With previous HR change management experience, you will be well versed in embracing and driving change.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently across multiple sites is essential, ideally you will be centrally located between the Midlands and London.
