Your new company
We are looking to recruit for a well known not for profit organisation who have a national presence with a head office function based in Manchester.
Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Director you will be responsible for managing a generalist Human Resources and Organisational Development function. Key contacts are managers in relation to the lay workforce and Senior Clergy / Clergy with regard office holders. You will be responsible for developing resources and provide advice and guidance to your client group and related projects in employment matters. You will have a key role in contributing to overall workforce planning and play an active role in projects to bring organisational transformation. This position will also have line management and will support two employees; the Human Resources Adviser and a Support Officer. It will cover a generalist role which will include Employee relations, Recruitment, project work, occupational health, Tupe, learning & development, reward, and organisational development & design.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to recruit for a qualified HR professional who has operated at management level with staff management experience.
Full generalist experience
Experience of organisational development, TUPE, complex cases would be preferred
Experience of complex processes
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a part time position 21 hours 3 days per week hours can be flexible. The role will also come with a total holiday package of 25 days holiday and an excellent pension which as a minimum would be 11 employer contribution.
