Your new company
Hays HR are recruiting for our client on an exclusive basis, looking to appoint a HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR function in line with Company policy and procedures.

Your new role
Within this role you will provide a full administrative service to ensure that the needs of the HR department are met. You will be responsible for providing a full and robust monthly Payroll service, administering the payroll system and processes and answering queries to ensure accurate payment. Create and maintain HR records, both computerised and manual for all staff related issues so that accurate information is kept. Collate, produce and distribute monthly and/or regular ad-hoc statistic reports for the HR Business Partner so that individuals and departments receive accurate up to date information. Assist in the co-ordination of Recruitment activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as and when required. Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner that meets audit requirements. Organise and co-ordinate meetings, diaries and events ensuring individual and functional/departmental objectives are met, when required. Maintain comprehensive stocks of all forms and documentation required by the function/department so that it is available when required. Deal with all routine queries so that an appropriate response is provided.

What you'll need to succeed
For this HR Administrator role, we are looking for an organised individual who can communicate confidently at all levels. You will already have experience working in a HR team and have an understanding of HR processes and practices. You will have a keen eye for detail, use your initiative and have the ability to multi-task. As a proactive individual, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent administration and IT skills.
