Our client is is looking to appoint a Reward Consultant on an interim basis for 6 months to deliver a benefits project and act as a knowledge expert to the Head of HR Operations and HR Director, to support the implementation of the reward strategy for a growing organisation in Northampton. This is a project reward role and you will lead on all aspects of the project communication and implementation, providing input and recommendations. An effective communicator, you will have a proven track record of delivering best practice reward initiatives whilst acting as a reward business partner in a changing organisation. The ideal candidate will be immediately available.
Commercially astute, with a passion for delivering high standards and a strong commitment to customer service, you will be able to demonstrate success in managing complex reward projects. Stakeholder management, working with senior leaders and inspiring your HR colleagues are all crucial too. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
