The Company

We are delighted to be supporting this rapidly growing ambitious client in their search for a Recruitment Partner to own the resourcing function. In short, they are a multifaceted, fast moving organisation seeking to strengthen their wider HR service to support the striving goals of the business.

The Role

Working closely with key stakeholders and senior decision makers across the business, you will be tasked with designing and implementing effective resourcing processes. Supporting managers, you will develop the recruitment function to ensure they are attracting and selecting the best talent and enhancing their employee brand.

Key tasks for the first 12 months will include; educate and train managers on best practice, create a strong EVP and Employer Brand and work with HR to develop the organisations succession planning.

The Candidate

We require an experienced recruiter with proven experience setting up or developing an effective resourcing function. With a creative and resilient approach, you will be highly skilled in coaching and facilitating with strong influencing and communication skills. Not for the faint-hearted, your aptitude to deliver what is required at pace and to enjoy what you do is key.
