Want to make a difference where you work?  Take a look at the new and varied opportunities that are on offer in our new organisation.

On 1st April, Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board formed, combining healthcare services from across Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf and now Bridgend County Borough. As a result of this change, we are seeking to recruit additional talent, not necessarily from within the NHS. This could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

In joining our new and larger organisation, you will be part of a workforce of around 12,000 people, making a difference to enhance the services we provide for our local communities and improving the health and wellbeing of our population. Irrespective of where you are in our organisation, or what you might be doing, you will be part of a fantastic team, taking your career to the next level.

If you want a new role at the next level, and want to test your skills and learn new ones, then read on.

As part of the wider Workforce and OD function, the Head of Organisational Development will play a key role in contributing to the development and delivery of the Organisation Development Strategy for Cwm Taf Morgannwg. Responsible for shaping, implementing and managing a high quality OD service that can deliver the strategy through expert advice, relationships and partnering. All of this to benefit the care we provide to our patients, with quality at the heart of everything we do.
