Your new company
An established and successful business in the heart of Basildon
Your new role
Your new job will be to join them for a 6 month project, handling dat to day enquiries from business leaders, advising on practices and procedures, building colleague relationships, design and running ER workshops for Leaders, providing coaching on the implementation of new HR policies, ER case managements, support Leaders in managing long term sick, suspension and AWOL case.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a confident ER specialist who can commit to a contact position.
