Senior HR Business Partner

Your new company
Our client SME Challenger bank located in Central London, specialise in the business and property loans market and due to organic growth are on the search for an experienced Senior HR BP to join their HR function to focus on the strategic people agenda for their Platform AI Business.

Your new role
The role will involve traditional and generalist HR business partnering for growing client group current c.100 - working with the senior leadership team the strategic people agenda including HR initiatives, projects and resources required to deliver against Banks overall business strategy and goals across AI, including but not limited to: organisation design and development, resourcing, talent acquisition, cultural change, talent management development and succession planning, compensation and employee relations.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience as a Senior HR Business partner working in either the Technology/ AI space and have worked very closely with engineers and in an engineering culture and will be willing to come on a journey with this to support the Banks cutting edge technology platform. You will need to be prepared to but in the hard work and go beyond the call of duty to ensure top results.
