You will be joining one of the biggest manufacturing business based in the UK. This role will be based in the Bromley-by-Bow site
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for all ER in the business. This requires you to manage cases from start to finish and will range from minor to complex cases. You will need to have prior experience working in a blue collar industry and be able to manage up to 15 - 20 cases at any one time.
