Your new company:

Great opportunity for an HR and facilities manager you will report to the head of corporate services team.

Your new role:

As the new HR and facilities manager, you will have 3 direct reports into you and be responsible for all generalist HR and facilities duties. You will also be responsible for the delivery of the organisations HR services including recruitment and retention, employee engagement, performance management and talent development. Other duties will include managing any complex or escalated employee relations cases and managing any TUPE restructure or redundancies from end to end. You will also oversee payroll, the checking and signing off.

What you'll need to succeed Experience:

- HR Manager or HR and Facilities manager
- You must have experience overseeing and signing off payroll
- You will ideally be qualified to at least level 5 CIPD or equivalent
- You must be able to start week beginning 12th August
