An excellent opportunity for hr business partner / manager within a fast-paced global organisation who are growing and developing.

Your new role:

As a permanent HR Partner / HR Manager you will report into a regional HR Business Partner and this is a standalone role and covers both strategic and operational HR. You will responsible for one site based in Corby. You will also be responsible for input into the HR strategy, succession planning, talent/workforce planning. Duties will also extend into managing any complex ER cases from end to end and managing any restructures or change management projects from beginning to end.

What you'll need to succeed:

You MUST have experience either as an HR business partner / Manager or as a senior HR Advisor
You will ideally be qualified to level 5 CIPD or equivalent or studying towards
Experience in logistics / distribution or manufacturing industries would be advantageous
