Fyte HR are delighted to be working exclusively with this fast paced, growing, global business in Woking to recruit a new HR Advisor who will report to the HR Manager and provide generalist support to c100 employees in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a new and challenging role that adds value and contributes to the success of a vital business function.
Key accountabilities will include:
Providing professional advice, guidance and coaching on policies and procedures that cover the full employment life cycle.
Administering and updating all employees records on SAP
Supporting the global HRIS transition to Workday
Coordinating the company pension schemes, and other benefits including healthcare, life insurance and permanent health insurance
Creating the annual training plan and coordinating and monitoring training for all employees
Supporting in-patriates on assignment in all aspects of their stay in the UK
Providing support in all areas of HR in the absence of the HR Manager
Suitable candidates will ideally be of degree caliber and working towards CIPD qualification. You should have previous experience working as an HR generalist / advisor / coordinator in a busy HR department and a flexible approach. You will be organized and calm with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
