A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time HR Business Partner (3-4 days per week) with a growing SME based near Watford. Reporting to the HR Director and working with a small team, you will be supporting the delivery of their people and HR strategy, ensuring this in aligned with their business objectives. This is a strategic and operational role where you will play a key part in shaping the business.

 

Accountabilities include:

 

Providing analysis and insights in each business area to underpin future strategy, development around people, change and the organisation

 

Assisting with the development of the HR strategy, ensuring a consistent approach to leadership and development

 

Working with the key stakeholders to translate and implement people strategies in key areas of talent, reward, resourcing, engagement, organisation development and diversity

 

Contributing to the development of a high performing HR team

 

 

 

Skills & Experience

 

Proven track record of HR business partnering in a professional and commercial organization

 

Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills

 

Strategic thinker, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels

 

Experience of and interest in performance development and talent management

 

Demonstrate in depth knowledge of HR trends and practices
