Job Details
Description
* Oversee and develop the HR function
* Assisting and coaching managers on people management
* Managing the recruitment process with a HR assistant
* Manage the end to end employee relations casework such as grievances, disciplinaries, absence, retirement and redundancy
* Pioneer any change management processes including TUPE
* Manage the employee lifecycle
* Assist the Partners and Senior Members of the team with organisational development and improvement
Profile
* You will ideally be CIPD qualified, or have MBA or HND
* You will have previously worked and managed the HR function
* You will have experience developing working relationships with senior members of the team
* You will ideally have professional services experience, but this is not essential
* You will ideally be available at short notice, but this is not essential
Job Offer
* £40,000 - £42,000 per annum salary
