HR Business Partner

A HR Business Partner is required in Manchester for a large, national organisation.

Fixed-term 12-month maternity HRBP £50k

Your new company
You will be working for an established company based in Manchester with a national footprint and a large-scale business with various different business units.

Your new role
You will be supporting the key stakeholder management structure and report directly to the HR Director. The remit of the role will be responsible for approximately 400 employees which will include a range of skill sets and a mix of blue collar & white collar. You will manage your own diary, travel only required if a more complex case or you are running workshops to managers. An important aspect of the role is enforcing and developing the companies culture and behaviour, alongside supporting the managers skills to meet the aspects of their roles. Advising the managers to make decisions which involve the interest of the business considering risk factors. The role will be a full generalist business partnering position and the main tasks will involve, talent acquisition, training and development, implementing and delivering change, employee engagement and TUPE.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be confident in achieving company HR metrics, supporting all departments of the organisation whilst being in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience of TUPE is handy to have but not essential. Commercial awareness is key alongside being comfortable to make difficult business decisions. Strong knowledge of ER complex cases.
