35 hours per week Monday – Friday     
£24,200 - £26,000 (Depending on Skills)
 
Working in their fantastic People & Talent team, you will be the central point of contact for learning and development, primarily coordinating and administering their full range of L&D programmes and opportunities across the Group.  Liaising with the Group People & Talent Manager and People Business Partners, you will support managers and colleagues across the business to ensure the delivery of induction, mandatory and essential role training for new and existing staff.
 
They are looking for specific skills to complement their team.  You will have a proven background in training / HR coordination with a commitment to ensuring learners have an excellent experience when interacting with their service. You will have recent experience of training coordination and management, strong project management skills, be familiar with liaising with trainers and consultants and have managed event and travel coordination.  You will also have proven ICT skills including database management.

Learning the ‘company way’ is the key driver of their L&D strategy and as this is a customer-focused role you will be creative in ways of ensuring their colleagues engage in learning.  You will also be a strong team player who can work independently, have a passion and commitment to perform well and deliver work of a high standard.
