Job Details
Description
HR Strategy
* * Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders to enable the delivery of the HR people plan, in line with the business strategy
* * Promote best practice across the business, presenting complex HR matters in a clear and concise way ensuring managers implement and adhere to HR policies & practises
* * Regularly assess the impact of employment legislation and ensure that changes are carried out to a high standard
* * Support and promote HR change initiatives
Employee Relations
* * Provide support on a variety of ER cases relating to Head Office and Group functions
* * Support the Group's Employment Counsel on specific employment issues
* * Coach and support managers in developing the skills and knowledge needed to take ownership of people management issues and identify solutions in their area
* * Assist with planning, co-ordination and implementation of team re-organisations and change management projects
Reward
* * Assist with management and reporting of benefits database to produce required management information
* * Support for data validation and maintenance within the Reward function
* * Support in specific Reward correspondence production and validation, e.g. salary reward and bonus
Performance Management
* * Support performance management activity e.g. annual performance reviews, feedback activity, management of underperformance, driving high levels of engagement in these activities by the business
* * Lead on and ensure PDR process is conducted and effective at a local level
* * Ensure compliance and a high quality of PDR's and objectives for Group function
Talent Acquisition
Profile
* * Degree qualified or equivalent
* * Ideally CIPD qualified
* * Excellent technical HR knowledge through generalist experience within a global matrix organisation
* * Demonstrable understanding of the employment law framework
* * Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders in developing and executing people strategies to drive business performance
* * Demonstrated relationship management skills at all levels of the organisation
* * Strong business management, commercial and financial acumen
* * Ability to consult on the application of HR policy and processes
* * Ability to facilitate talent development sessions for all levels of the organisation
